Yes. The quote the calculator produces is what goes on your contract, minus any additional custom scope you ask for. We don't add setup fees, implementation fees, per-user fees, or "professional services" line items on annual plans.
Nothing on your invoice — we do not charge per-employee overage. Headcount fluctuates, and we absorb growth within your current tier through the year. If you're consistently above the cap at renewal, we move you up a tier with prorated credit for unused months. No surprise bills, no per-head pricing.
Correct, and no per-employee overage either. Every admin, nurse, HR user, manager, and employee portal account is included in your plan. Tiers are sized by employee headcount as a rough scope signal — not as a per-head meter. We have customers with 50 staff users and 800 employee portal accounts on the same plan as customers with 5 staff users.
Year-1 discounts (competitive displacement, annual upfront) stack multiplicatively. Multi-year loyalty discounts apply only to years 2 and 3. Non-profit and multi-facility discounts apply to every year of the contract. The calculator applies them in the right order — what you see is what you pay.
Included on every annual plan: employees, incidents, immunizations, exams, credentials, and documents from CSV exports, spreadsheets, or any prior system. Typical migration completes in 14 days. Paper records digitised by hand are a separate scope, priced per volume — we'll quote it honestly.
Yes, and it's in writing on every annual contract. If we miss your go-live date, your first month is free. If we miss by 30 days or more, we refund the full first month and extend any year-1 discount into year 2.
Annual contracts run for the term you select. At any renewal you can opt out with 60 days' notice. Your data is exported on your way out as CSV plus PDFs of every audit record — free, no export fee, no lock-in.
Prices shown are pre-tax. Sales tax applies in the states where required (currently NY, WA, TX, and a few others) — your invoice shows the line item clearly and the total adjusts automatically.
